A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and an alumnus of the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy for the Middle East, he is widely recognized for his depth of expertise in international dispute resolution, enforcement of arbitral awards, and arbitration strategy. His practice encompasses high-value corporate, construction, and real estate disputes, including multi-party proceedings, jurisdictional challenges, interim measures, and enforcement actions. Known for his strategic advocacy and precise legal analysis, Binu brings a commercially astute and globally informed approach to complex arbitration matters. Beyond his practice, Binu is an active thought leader in international arbitration, contributing to professional forums, training programmers, and global arbitration events, and playing a key role in advancing best practices in cross-border dispute resolution.
