Ali Saber

Mr. Ali Saber is a legal advisor who had his Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Zagazig University in 2009. Early in 2010, he started his career as a lawyer in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Mr. Ali is one of MTG’s leading litigation experts and has good experience in filing conservative and procedural lawsuits, travel bans, judgment requirements, cassation and appeals. Mr. Ali is the lead advisor for the MTG Group Dubai branch and is specialized in civil disputes, especially insurance, compensation and rental claims, in addition to his work in personal status cases of Muslim and non-Muslim clients.

His strengths include his ability to represent clients before expert committees and his skills in drafting lawsuits and appeals. He is also experienced in dealing with legal matters such as check issuance and forgery and fraud lawsuits.
