Hussein Hany Abdul Rahman Hassan

Hussein graduated from Ain Shams University with an LLB in 1999. He then started his career and worked for many offices and legal firms. At first, worked for an agricultural cooperative society in Cairo and joined “Your Legal Advisor Company” in Cairo. After that, he joined the Arab Press Agency in Cairo in 2009. Hussein relocated to the United Arab Emirates and worked as a legal advisor in Abu Dhabi and has joined MTG office for nearly 4 years. During this period, he was able to acquire a set of experiences and skills related to all applicable UAE laws. Hussain is known for his great skills in drafting memorandums, lawsuits and presenting appeals in various degrees of litigation. Hussein draws on his experience in the field of commercial disputes, corporate and labor issues, and provides accurate legal advice in business administration and labor legal affairs. Hussein is fully cognizant on the UAE rental laws in force and their latest amendments. In addition, he closely follows up on rental disputes within the dispute settlement committees and also has established good relations with the various nationalities in the UAE.
