Nikita Yavorovich

Nikita is a legal consultant with international experience, having dealt with corporate matters in various countries, such as the UAE, the UK, the EU, Russia, Venezuela, etc. He has had experience both as an in-house lawyer of an international corporation and as an external counsel working in law firms. He specializes in the areas of the Corporate and Commercial Law, including the following matters: Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Sale and Purchase Agreements, etc.

Nikita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Saint Petersburg State University, Russia, as well as Master’s Degree (with a “Merit” grade) in Project and Enterprise Management from University College London, the United Kingdom.

Nikita is fluent in English and Russian.
